Haven’t been doing much with plants this winter, but I have been painting them – at left is the painting I gave my mother for Hanukkah/Christmas.

Spaghetti Squash Latkes

We’ve been working on using up the extremely large quantity of spaghetti squash that was harvested from our front yard. One recipe we have grown very fond of is Spaghetti Squash Latkes (or, as we affectionately call them, Squatkes).
